James King Tips provides daily sports betting predictions and tips. We do not place bets on your behalf. All tips are for informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Wins

We do not guarantee any winnings. Sports betting involves risk. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses incurred.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are processed via Dodo Payments and are non-refundable.
• You will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Cancel anytime from your account settings.

7. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. Only one trial per user. Abuse will result in immediate termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including predictions, design, and branding, is owned by James King Tips. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, James King Tips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
